Ceramic Tableware Manufacturer · Thailand
Vitreous china, stoneware and terracotta — engineered for global tables since 1995.
Welcome to Crown Ceramics
Crown Ceramics is one of the largest high-quality ceramic tableware manufacturers in South East Asia. From our plants in Bangkok and the agricultural heartland of Ratchaburi province, we produce vitreous china, stoneware and terracotta tableware for retailers, hospitality groups and foodservice distributors across North America, Western Europe, Scandinavia and Asia.
Our teams work the way professional buyers need them to: clay bodies tested in-house, moulds cut from approved 3D data, glazes matched against reference tiles, and every batch signed off before it enters the container. That discipline is what lets us hold specification across repeat orders, seasons and years.
Ceramic Bodies & Ranges
Different tables ask different questions of a plate. We manufacture three distinct ceramic bodies so you can match durability, weight, price point and aesthetic to the market you sell into.
High-fired, low-porosity body for hotels, restaurants and airline catering where chipping and daily wash cycles decide the true cost per plate.
The workhorse of modern retail. Warm body, generous glaze movement and excellent compatibility with reactive, matte and speckled finishes.
Natural red-clay character for bakeware, serveware, planters and gifting lines. Excellent heat retention and an unmistakable handmade look.
Where to Start
Plates, bowls, platters and coupe shapes for complete dining programmes.
Custom ceramic mugs from 8 oz to 20 oz, decorated and branded to spec.
Jugs, pots, lids, boards and completers that round out a collection.
Delivered collections and case studies from our OEM and ODM partners.
Sustainability
Respect for nature, for craft, and for the communities we work with. Alongside our ceramics we run measurable environmental programmes: reclaiming unfired clay back into the body, recovering process water, and monitoring kiln energy per fired kilogram.
In doing so we make sure our pieces do more than accompany today's meal — they reflect a commitment to preserving the world for the meals of tomorrow.
Read Our CommitmentsHow We Work
A transparent development path means fewer surprises, tighter timelines and samples that behave like production.
We review drawings, references and target price, then confirm the right body, weight and forming method.
3D printing and hand modelling produce the first shape; master moulds follow once dimensions are signed off.
Glaze trials, decal, wax-resist and laser-engraving options are matched against your approved reference.
Lab testing for lead/cadmium, thermal shock and colour tolerance before we release the line.
Roller-kiln firing, inline QC, drop-tested packing and AEO-supported documentation to your port.

Excellence & Professionalism
For over 30 years we have exported 95% of our stoneware, vitreous china and terracotta output under our customers' brands. That only works when compliance is proven, not promised — so we keep the laboratory inside the factory and the results attached to the batch.
Lead and cadmium release verified against FDA, EU 84/500/EEC and destination-market limits.
Glaze and decal colour measured numerically so repeat orders match the first shipment.
Body and glaze coefficients aligned to prevent crazing across dishwasher and microwave cycles.
Raw-material consistency controlled at slip stage to stabilise shrinkage and warpage.
Insured & Guaranteed
Most of our volume ships under our customers' brands, and we are equally open to fully customised, made-to-order design. Our product and service scope covers OEM production, private labelling and unlimited in-house design support, with portfolios of past and current work across international markets.
Crown Ceramics is now taking the next step towards becoming an Own Design Manufacturer. With a development team specialised in ceramic tableware — supported by outsourced innovators — we create new, distinctive products that highlight our identity in the world's table-top culture, all at an achievable price.
Independent verification of how we manage quality, environment, ethical trade and secure export.
Buyer Questions
We produce three ceramic bodies in-house: vitreous china for high-impact hospitality and foodservice use, stoneware for retail and lifestyle collections, and terracotta for bakeware, serveware and planters. Each body is fired in our roller and shuttle kilns and tested for thermal shock, chip resistance and food-contact safety.
Typical OEM programmes start at 2,000 pieces per shape and decoration for stoneware and terracotta, and 3,000 pieces for vitreous china. Repeat-order programmes and mixed-container shipments are planned around your buying calendar to keep stock turns efficient.
A first 3D-printed or hand-thrown model is usually presented within 7–14 days of approved drawings. Glaze trials and decoration matching add a further 2–3 weeks, and pre-production samples are released after full lab testing. Most collections move from brief to shipment in 90–120 days.
Crown Ceramics is certified to ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management, is SMETA audited for ethical trade, and holds AEO status for secure export. In-house laboratories run atomic absorption, colour-meter, thermal-expansion and particle-distribution analysis on every production batch.
Yes. Send a physical reference or technical drawing and our development studio will reverse-engineer the shape, build the mould and run glaze trials until the piece is signed off. Decoration can be reproduced through decalcomania printing, hand painting, wax-resist techniques or laser engraving depending on the effect required.
